Not sure which service is right for you? A consultation allows us to discuss your hair goals, assess your hair and scalp, and create a plan tailored specifically to you. During this appointment we will review style options, maintenance expectations, timing, and pricing so you feel confident moving forward with your service. Consultations can be scheduled in person or virtually, depending on your preference. ✨ Discuss desired style and overall hair goals ✨ Hair and scalp assessment ✨ Service recommendations and estimated pricing The consultation fee will be applied toward your future appointment if you decide to move forward with booking a service. This step ensures we are fully prepared for your appointment and helps guarantee the best possible results.
Cancellation Policy
1. Review Before Booking By booking, you confirm that you have reviewed the service description, pricing, estimated service time, and all booking policies. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% service fee. Deposits are non-refundable and include one reschedule only, which must be used within two weeks of the original appointment date. 3. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, a $1 per minute late fee applies. Appointments 30 minutes late or more will be canceled and require a new deposit to rebook. 4. Refunds & Service Concerns All sales are final. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of your appointment. Adjustments may be made within 24 hours at the stylist’s discretion; after that, a retouch or new service must be booked at the regular rate.
