Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed the service description, pricing, and estimated service time for the service selected. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made 48 hours or more prior to your appointment. • Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) are subject to a 50% service fee, which must be paid before booking a future appointment. • Each deposit allows one (1) reschedule only, which must be used within two weeks of the original appointment date. • Additional reschedules will require a new deposit. Late Policy • A 15-minute grace period is provided. • After 15 minutes, a $1 per minute late fee will be applied, up to 30 minutes late. • Arrivals 30 minutes or more late will result in appointment cancellation, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Refunds & Service Adjustments • All sales are final. No refunds are offered. • Please review your hair and service before leaving the salon. • Any service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of your appointment. • Adjustments will be made at the stylist’s discretion within the first 24 hours only. • After 24 hours, any changes or corrections will require booking a retouch or a new service at the listed price. Final Notes • Deposits are non-refundable and secure your appointment time. • Failure to follow booking policies may result in limited booking availability in the future.
