Service Description
This service is for refreshing existing braided styles to keep them neat and long-lasting. Ideal for cleaning up the perimeter, redoing loose braids, and restoring a polished look. ✨ Retouch of front, sides, or perimeter ✨ Light oiling/shine finish This is not a full redo. If more than 50% of the style needs to be redone, a full service must be booked. Please come with the perimeter of the hair already uninstalled, clean and free of heavy buildup. Service time may vary depending on the amount of braids being retouched.
Cancellation Policy
1. Review Before Booking By booking, you confirm that you have reviewed the service description, pricing, estimated service time, and all booking policies. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% service fee. Deposits are non-refundable and include one reschedule only, which must be used within two weeks of the original appointment date. 3. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, a $1 per minute late fee applies. Appointments 30 minutes late or more will be canceled and require a new deposit to rebook. 4. Refunds & Service Concerns All sales are final. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of your appointment. Adjustments may be made within 24 hours at the stylist’s discretion; after that, a retouch or new service must be booked at the regular rate.
