Service Description
This service is designed to refresh and maintain your existing lash set by replacing grown-out extensions and filling in areas where natural shedding has occurred. Regular fills help maintain fullness, shape, and overall retention while keeping your lashes looking seamless and balanced. ✨ Recommended every 2–3 weeks for best results. ⏳ Appointment time is an estimate and may vary based on lash condition and retention. ⚠️ At least 50% of your lash extensions must be remaining at the time of your appointment. If less than 50% is intact, the service will be considered a full set and priced accordingly. Consistent fills = better retention, better longevity, and better overall lash health.
Cancellation Policy
1. Review Before Booking By booking, you confirm that you have reviewed the service description, pricing, estimated service time, and all booking policies. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% service fee. Deposits are non-refundable and include one reschedule only, which must be used within two weeks of the original appointment date. 3. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, a $1 per minute late fee applies. Appointments 30 minutes late or more will be canceled and require a new deposit to rebook. 4. Refunds & Service Concerns All sales are final. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of your appointment. Adjustments may be made within 24 hours at the stylist’s discretion; after that, a retouch or new service must be booked at the regular rate.
