Service Description
For Medium & Large Locs Only This service includes a loc retwist with simple, clean styling to refresh and maintain your locs. Styling options include, but are not limited to two-strand twists and basic barrel styles. 🫧 Shampoo is included for a clean, healthy foundation ✨ Small locs require the “Smaller Parts” add-on to account for additional time and detail. ⏳ Service time is an estimate and may vary based on loc length, density, and styling choice. If your part size is smaller than the reference photo shown, please be sure to select the Smaller Parts Add-On when booking.
Cancellation Policy
1. Review Before Booking By booking, you confirm that you have reviewed the service description, pricing, estimated service time, and all booking policies. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% service fee. Deposits are non-refundable and include one reschedule only, which must be used within two weeks of the original appointment date. 3. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, a $1 per minute late fee applies. Appointments 30 minutes late or more will be canceled and require a new deposit to rebook. 4. Refunds & Service Concerns All sales are final. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of your appointment. Adjustments may be made within 24 hours at the stylist’s discretion; after that, a retouch or new service must be booked at the regular rate.
