Service Description
For Medium & Large Locs Only This service includes a retwist with your choice of detailed styling. Styling options include, but are not limited to: petal buns, pipe cleaners, perm rods, French braids, and fishtail braids. ✨ Small locs require the “Smaller Parts” add-on for proper styling 🫧 Shampoo is included for a clean, healthy foundation ⏳ Service time is an estimate and may vary based on loc size, length, and chosen style. 💰 Pricing reflects the starting price; additional complexity or customization may increase the cost. Perfect for clients looking to refresh their locs while adding creative, detailed styling.
Cancellation Policy
1. Review Before Booking By booking, you confirm that you have reviewed the service description, pricing, estimated service time, and all booking policies. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% service fee. Deposits are non-refundable and include one reschedule only, which must be used within two weeks of the original appointment date. 3. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, a $1 per minute late fee applies. Appointments 30 minutes late or more will be canceled and require a new deposit to rebook. 4. Refunds & Service Concerns All sales are final. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of your appointment. Adjustments may be made within 24 hours at the stylist’s discretion; after that, a retouch or new service must be booked at the regular rate.
