Service Description
This service is for on-time reties only (6 weeks or less). Appointments scheduled 7 weeks or more will require an additional fee due to extra time and maintenance needed. 🫧 Shampoo and basic styling are included ➕ Rod sets and other detailed styles are available by selecting the appropriate add-on ⏳ Service time is an estimate and may vary based on loc density and retie timing.
Cancellation Policy
1. Review Before Booking By booking, you confirm that you have reviewed the service description, pricing, estimated service time, and all booking policies. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% service fee. Deposits are non-refundable and include one reschedule only, which must be used within two weeks of the original appointment date. 3. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, a $1 per minute late fee applies. Appointments 30 minutes late or more will be canceled and require a new deposit to rebook. 4. Refunds & Service Concerns All sales are final. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of your appointment. Adjustments may be made within 24 hours at the stylist’s discretion; after that, a retouch or new service must be booked at the regular rate.
