Service Description
This service establishes your starter loc foundation using small, uniform parts for a fuller loc count and more detailed finish. Includes a light trim and a simple starter style to keep your locs neat during the early phase of your journey. Small size is defined as 10–12 rows across the front from ear to ear. 🫧 Shampoo and deep conditioning treatment are included to properly prepare the hair and scalp ✂️ Starter trim included ✨ Basic starter style included (simple two-strand or palm-roll styling) ⏳ Service time is an estimate and may vary based on hair length, density, and final part count. 💰 Listed price is the starting price and may increase based on length and density.
Cancellation Policy
1. Review Before Booking By booking, you confirm that you have reviewed the service description, pricing, estimated service time, and all booking policies. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% service fee. Deposits are non-refundable and include one reschedule only, which must be used within two weeks of the original appointment date. 3. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, a $1 per minute late fee applies. Appointments 30 minutes late or more will be canceled and require a new deposit to rebook. 4. Refunds & Service Concerns All sales are final. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of your appointment. Adjustments may be made within 24 hours at the stylist’s discretion; after that, a retouch or new service must be booked at the regular rate.
