Service Description
For aspiring braiders ages 17 and older who are ready to learn the fundamentals of braiding and business. This intensive one-on-one class provides hands-on instruction designed to help students build confidence behind the chair while developing skills that can be used professionally or personally. Students will learn sanitation and safety practices, professional sectioning and parting, product selection, client preparation, and up to three braiding techniques depending on skill level and class pace. In addition to braiding instruction, students will receive guidance on pricing, professionalism, client retention, branding, and building a successful beauty business. Live models must arrive with hair clean, detangled, and ready for service. Class must be booked at least 14 days in advance to allow time for kit preparation. Please note: Results vary based on student skill level and practice. Continued practice outside of class is strongly encouraged.

Cancellation Policy
1. Review Before Booking By booking, you confirm that you have reviewed the service description, pricing, estimated service time, and all booking policies. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% service fee. Deposits are non-refundable and include one reschedule only, which must be used within two weeks of the original appointment date. 3. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, a $1 per minute late fee applies. Appointments 30 minutes late or more will be canceled and require a new deposit to rebook. 4. Refunds & Service Concerns All sales are final. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of your appointment. Adjustments may be made within 24 hours at the stylist’s discretion; after that, a retouch or new service must be booked at the regular rate.
